Tracey is the founder and director of Alchemy Mindset since 2020 and Xpand Online since 2009. She is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher (level 2), and Conscious Business Coach and Mentor.
She has been practising yoga and meditation for over 20 years and started practicing Kundalini Yoga 5 years ago.
She now specialises in combining Kundalini and Business Mentoring – helping women clear limiting beliefs around money, success, and blocks that hold them back, using Kundalini technology and conscious business strategies.
Kundalini Yoga can transform your life in so many ways but especially around your emotional well-being, it helps extensively with anxiety, depression and physical additions.
